This agreement is a legal contract between you and Yangfan VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide notice where necessary. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted software may cause app errors or security risks.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using the Service, you are also subject to the relevant third-party terms.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device accounts, data limits, weak signals, local network policies, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges outside your home country are your responsibility. Please confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before use.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. Failures caused by device battery depletion, system restrictions, or third-party service changes are outside our compensation scope. We try to provide accurate route and version information, but some information may come from third-party partners. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install updated versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust or terminate the Service within a reasonable scope.
